Every ceramic piece is individually inspected before leaving the factory to ensure glaze integrity and dimensional consistency.

Prefabricated Bathrooms — Factory-prefabricated, quick on-site installation, integrating shower enclosure, smart toilet, ceramic sanitary ware, and storage systems. For hotel and apartment projects, this significantly shortens the construction timeline.

Quality Control & Warranty: Controlling your after-sales complaint rate from the source

What do importers fear most? The first batch is fine, but the third batch has a different color.

SALLY's standard practice: confirm the sample color first, and seal a color sample for each component. Subsequent deliveries are referenced against the sealed sample to ensure color consistency. This process applies equally to large importers and split deliveries.

Quality control is carried out jointly by SALLY's own QC team and necessary third-party inspection agencies. All products meet and satisfy a 5-year quality warranty.

Lead Time: 30 days, aligned with your listing schedule

SALLY's standard lead time is approximately 30 days. Customized products require confirmation of lead time based on the customization plan.
